Littlejem You are continuing to make very good progress. The exercise balancing on one leg sounds tough. Does it include standing on the operated leg? I also have one leg ( operated ) longer than the other. A female physio is coming out to measure my legs when I am 6 weeks. Its common for hip replacement patients to perceive that they have one leg longer than the other bur given time things settle down and the leg lengths go back to being equal but some people have a true LLD and need a lift in the other shoe. I have insoles in both shoes but find it easier to walk with only one insole. I am glad you are doing well I had a bad week last week but I do feel I am moving ever so slowly forward again SLOW and STEADY is my new mantra.
At just on 5' 3'' I need all the help I can get!!
On a good point I sat in my car this morning and pressed the peddles to see if it felt ok and it was good, no aches or pains!! I'm going to try driving at the weekend which will make life much easier.
Otherwise very optimistic!
