Had my first walk out yesterday, my daughter walked with me, albeit slowly, just up the road but it seemed a long way and although it only took about half an hour, I was really glad to get home. It was lovely to be stopped by friends asking how I was and to be able to go into a local shop for something I needed. I did feel quite tired later and had a nap to recover but I did think it was worth it. I live on the High Street of a small village which makes these places quite handy and not too far away. Might try for the pub on Friday, it's only slightly further and I will get a sit down in between!!

(ok wrong drink but you get the drift). I'm so sorry about your mother-- my m-i-l just plain can't remember how any treatment makes her feel better...
.
I've been given a few new movements to do, including standing on one foot without holding on to anything, to increase my balance and in turn my bottom muscles!! I'm absolutely rubbish at it the moment and in fact I'm slightly better on my new hip side than the other side!! So all is good, it's just keep up the exercise at home and back next week for a session in the hydro pool.
