Some come with multiple changeable tips - mine did luckily. I watched a you tube video for proper placement of arms/movement and it helped for me to adjust to proper height and grip. Also provides arm exercise without strain.

CanadaHope you are getting around a little better at almost your one month anniversary! Read back today your first few weeks with lefty.Comforting that you dealt with significant swelling too on your second hip. Trying to keep moving as I know that motion is the lotion these early days. Hope your granddaughter is flourishing. ❤

CanadaSuch encouraging news @RinTinTin So sorry about sleep. I have had success with taking vitamin C in the evening a few hours before bed. Perque Vitamin C Guard on Amazon is excellent. I use powder form. Vitamin C is also helpful in rebuilding collagen and tissue repair. Hope sleep finds you soon. I will have to try double cane. UK seems to use that method a lot. Happy Friday!

CanadaI will take some Vit C soon. I just got back from a 4 km loop in my neighbourhood. Nothing hurts but felt lack of energy towards the end of the walk. Steps are bigger and smoother. So happy!Hello @RinTinTin
I used an Injury and Surgery Support Formula from Nutri Dyn for a month following surgery. It was mainly Vitamin C amongst many other things and I slept well, at least I thought so. So maybe there's something to be said for supplementing with Vitamin C. I hadn't heard that before, Sarah mentioned it above.
Sounds like you're doing well! It's so nice to realize progress from week to week. May your weekend be all you want it to be. Hoping you catch some major z's![]()

Happy one month anniversary! Hope your day went well after your 4 km walk yesterday.
CanadaThis is wonderful to hear!the pain is gone.

CanadaMy guess is that swelling can happen anywhere in the area of what's been disturbed, but if you are in no significant pain it's probably nothing to worry about.
