I'm glad the new guy is running more tests. At least he's going to exclude other causes.

I'd advise not having the arthroscopy until all other possible causes have been ruled out.

I know this must be so hard for you.

Arthroscopy is very much still on the table...
I just want it feeling better whatever they want to do I will say ok...

I'm sorry that you still have no definitive answers to your problems with your knee. Hopefully the tests you are taking will help with the diagnosis so you will know what needs to be done.
Thank you!
I do hope it won't be a long wait to get the bone scan done....I need some answers not more questions.

I saw this today, thought you would like it.

@Celle
Received the appointment for the bone scan for the 28th, then I have to go back to see the new dr.
Truthfully I'm feeling discouraged, just when I thought I was getting somewhere with this, there are more questions. I know it's a good thing to rule out things but it's been going on so long, I'm tired of the whole process.
Thank you for asking, I appreciate it!

Yes. It has been a long and difficult journey for you.
Take your time, but do get all the tests done. Who knows? Maybe something will show up that can be fixed, to make your leg more comfortable.

That's the only plan in place at the moment, to get the tests done then go from there.
I have been trying to convince myself that it's all in my head, lol, the knee isn't listening though.

No, it's not all in your head. It's definitely in your knee. :friends: :loveshwr:

I know it definitely is!

I'm not sure if I asked this before or not? I get a sharp pain about three quarters the way down my leg below the knee, above the ankle...I cannot even take a step when this happens, until it stops. I have no idea what can be causing this or if it's due to the knee?

I very much doubt your surgeon will take much interest. They generally tend not to as they think they've done their job and that's it! Hope I'm wrong but I've never known a surgeon yet get very enthused over these 'minor' issues! You'd be much better seeing a chiropractor.

@Josephine
I hope he does at least listen about the issue, I have so many with the knees, he probably won't!

I slipped and sorta slid down the stairs a couple of nights ago, I sorta jammed the heels when I landed, now I have a whole new issue with the knee, feels like something tearing in the back of the knee, I'm hoping it's not the Bakers Cyst aggravated and acting up again.
It was the other knee that buckled and gave way...it's been carrying most of the load for over a year now, maybe it's saying enough is enough!

I'm sorry about your slip-slide. Rest up if you can and let your leg get over the stress.
