United Kingdomyes i take them by the clock, and ice is my best friend, it was like my leg went in to spasms, then yesterday it just felt like lead all day, its not to bad to day. i have PT this afternoon so am resting it this morning.Hi Dawni,
So sorry you had a bad night, please try not to worry, and can I ask you you were you taking your pain meds regularly? Sometimes this happens when you least expect it and it is more than likely to go again expecially if you rest up and ice it as much as you can. Obviously if it continues you need to check it out again but heres hoping your doc was right and it is just a "blip".
Take it easy Dawni.

So sorry about the tummy upset, Dawni. My tummy gave me trouble especially in the morning, until I could get off the narcotic meds totally. So maybe yours was just all the meds from the surgery and since you've been home. Wouldn't surprise me.
