hey hippy-trippy-sistahz! Hipletty-tripletty, hippety hop. Ok, somebody shut me up, it's the tramadol talking.
I'm taking tylenol and tramadol. Do NOT like all the tramadol,l but it's all I've got. If I could take double the tylenol.....nope, too dangerous. But ya know? I say to myself, every step I take is a step towards recovery! How's that for rationalizing?
And now i must take steps towards paying the bills or some lovely thing like that. Cooking ahead. Making lists-- all the ones I did not make on vacation!
too much going on here. See yall in a day or two!

I have to tell you, to me, flute music is anything but soothing! Either I'm remembering a time I played that piece, or critiquing the current performer, or trying to play along in my head. Bach and Baroque are good choices for flute too, but when I want to be soothed, wind instruments are the last place i go! LOL How about Haydn string quartets? Mozart? Even Beethoven. And piano trios?can you suggest some soothing silver flute music?

I'm packed, laundry is done and the cupboards stacked! My surgeon better be ready coz no coffee and a gimp leg coupled with a menopausal woman spells TROUBLE!
