Revision TKR Story of My Knees by RestAssured: Pt 3

I hope so too! I am miserable! PT was miserable today.. Katie wasn't there so Chris and Valarie took care of me. My darned kneecap would not behave and I was so upset. The hamstring on the inside of the knee froze up on me,something it hadn't been doing. Jam so frustrated I want to scream! :gaah: Well, I feel a little better. Let's see on the bright side the major leadership paper that I had to create from all my experiences in the course, and with some imagination, was worth 150 points. I got 150 points! My avg is a 98.72 now! :happydance:

Thanks, Jacky. I never could have done it without you Sis! :friends:

I'm so sorry you are having such a bad time. When my mom was sick she got her medication for free from Merck. The first link below gives the manufacturers of the generic for Zofran. You could contact them to ask if they have a patient assistance program. If you have insurance it may not be free but maybe at a discount?
The second link I've never used but may be worth looking into.
Another though is to ask your doctor if he has samples?

Thanks Morning Glory. Problem is we make too much to qualify, I called about Provigil. Albertson's is helping me with an RX card tomorrow though. 10.00 for the year, and 5.00 for generics. Just checked my voice mail! :happydance:

Sonja, you silly girl you know it's a you, you brainiack!:ok: You get an at-a-girl!!!!:friends: Now let me know if you get your drugs or this twisted sista will come over and raise holy h--l in that there neighborhood of yours!:hissy:

Awww... Thanks Sis! But your proof reading made all the difference! Sneaking into my house just to read my papers and flying home again, before I could say "Thank You," you are much to modest and deserve a lot of credit!

Now, if you would just hop back on that airplane, I called Albertson's this morning, and the pharmist said I had misunderstood. They said hey could take 10% off the 530.00! :yikes:

So hubby contacted HR and they are involved. We will see what develops from there. :gaah:

Sonja, when it rains it pours:-( Sorry to hear you are sick and have to worry about meds on top of everything. Hope you get your meds straightend out. I have been pretty sick too but noticed last night I was hungry. That has to be a good sign, have not been hungry for weeks.
Hope today is a better day. Thinking of you!

That's just miserable! I'm sending the Good Tummy Fairy over to you and with the wave of her wand she'll have you right as rain.

Sonja,
Great report on the grades. The hardhead must retain more info or something like that. So sorry you are going thru this mess with the meds, hang in and keep fighting something will work out eventually. I know it has to be maddening when you feel so awful.

I'm so sorry about the meds and the tummy acting up again. Praying for you.

Hardheaded? Me. I don't remember that part! :rotfl:

Thank all of you for your concern about my tummy! Is is most frustrating when it acts up!

I have 2 more grades to wait on; my portfolio, and my participation. I received another 100 today on the thesis paper! Payoffs work well! :happydance:

Aww Sonja I am sorry to hear you are pukey again. I suffer with chronic nausea, so Zofran and Phenergan are my daily friends. I hope they get your meds straightened out and you get feeling better soon too! Huggles!

Thanks Nanners!

The pharmacy that I use loaned me some Zofran until Monday, so I will make it through the weekend! :happydance:

It could be my Shy :heehee: personality you know! that gets me drugs and grades! Maybe they feel sorry for me.

Don't think you get points , or marks, for pity ! Just plain old hard work ...but maybe your STRONG personality does influence!

Wait a minute.... Are you saying you don't think I'm shy? No, I know they don't hand out grades based on pity, cause if they did I would tell them a person story, and send in a paper with only my name and a picture of my knee on it! LOL :rotfl:

I'm just astounded and impressed you could focus on academic issues at all during recovery. I'm a grant writer and I'm not working on anything harder than emails and a few phone calls. Writing? Guess I could if I had to. Come to think of it, I've been able to post here pretty regularly. . .hmmm
