@chereb

Our kids is our world. I love them. Sometimes lol life can be challenges with them. Setting watching my boy dance to some songs. He is silly.
Kids have a way to cheer you up. They could be in meltdowns and know there parents is sad. And then they get happy.

Last night i started getting pain whilst weight bearing. Like a sharp pain in the tibia below the knee. Its only when im making heel to toe walking and starts as i get to toe part. Is this normal? I never had this with the primary TKR and its worrying me.

I had some weird shin pains in the early weeks with my first tkr. But let's see what Josephine says.

It calmed down a bit earlier but then flared back up. Its like a really sharp pain but only on weight bearing.

3 weeks post op

The sudden pain i had that was problematic when weight bearing seems to be settling down. Started working on my rom today which was 82. I have started doing wall slides as they seem more effective to me based on previous surgeries. Is now the right time to start rocking on the exercise bike?
Im feeling a little blue just now guessing its the wanting to be back to normal. Still a way to go yet but hopeful this time is better.

My wound at 3 weeks

Hi @chereb

Your scar seems to be healing well. It's is a frustration when all you want is to get back to normal. Have patience. Honestly, your time will come. Please don't let impatience ruin your recovery x

I couldn't access Angels post. The message says not open for further replies and you do not have sufficient privileges to access the thread very odd x

Love Nana moon 27 x

Thanks Anne your right about needing patience. So Frustrating though. This morning i walked my daughter to school, we arrived and realised she forgot her lunch so we had to come home and then go back again. 25 mins of walking and i am paying for it now. If i had money with me i would have just sent her to school lunch. So now popped some money in my coat pocket just incase! X
