Hello everyone. I just got information that my surgery date is may 23rd. I have a little longer wait cause they have to special order my knee. I m relieved to finally have a final date. Josephine, if u read this is there a way u could private chat me,I have a question for ya,thanks

Hi.I just read through your thread. It's been a rough road for you, but I'm glad you finally have a date. You and I have similar issues-I had the LTT metal test done and am allergic to nickel. I'm also having surgery in May, the 17th, but hopefully I don't need a revision. So far I'm having a clean out and tissue and fluid samples taken for pathology and cultures just in case my problem is an infection, as my OS suspects. I hope all goes well and you get the knee your body likes. If I end up with a revision for any reason, my OS will also use the gold knee and has ordered one specifically for me-I'm glad they're using that one for you. Keep us posted.

Hi lovetocookandsew,sounds like we do have alot alike. Hopefully u won't need a revision. I love ur user name,I do alot of sewing and machine embroidery.. please keep us posted on how ur doing too

I love my embroidery machine too. I just finished a quilt for my granddaughter-I wanted it done before my surgery. Are you in Sacramento proper? I'm actually in Fair Oaks.
