Well ladies... I didn't whip out my ODIC card, I had it snatched out of the back of my wallet!
daughter stalker, it wasn't my fault.

I went to the sit down senior night session as planned. As I was about to leave my son said, "Are you sure you're ready to go." Just then I started twitching and I could feel the OAA in me rise to the surface.

Then he told me that his IB LA teacher wanted to meet me. Turns out she wanted to meet all of the parents but it made my feel special. I'm sure that's another club but we won't go there. lol
I decided since her class was 6th period and I'd NEVER last that long, I'd go there first and just say hello. I also wanted to thanks his math teacher for a successful junior year, so he was my next and last stop.
By now my legs were already killing me, as I had forgotten to take my meds.
YES, I forgot to take my meds, it's
not a typo. After calling myself stupid 3 or 4 times I proceeded to the classes. Speaking of stupid, having not communicated verbally with adults outside of my small circle of friends and having drugs running through my vein, I felt this strange "medicinal stupor" when I tried to verbally communicate.

Just being in a room full of people who have been communicating normally was a trip. My crazy personality didn't help much, I yawned out loud and I almost burst out in laughter while watching a staged and very bland PTSA president's video.
Clearly I need to get out more.
Anyway, what follows next can only be describe as
surreal! I have been in my son's school plenty of times and it never looked as HUGE as it did tonight.

The minute he opened the door to the classroom corridors, it was like I was on LSD or something. To make matters worst my son would nonchalantly point in the direction of the class and say, Oh, it's around the corner. The only thing was there's a corridor with another corner around the corner!

I kid you not. Don't believe me, well a picture says a 1,000 words. I stopped and took the one below to prove I wasn't trippin' on something.

lol This is just a hall within a hall. It does not include all the corridors within corridors, with the corners within the corners off to the sides.
Diminuata this made me think of your earlier post. lol
Again, this is just the tip of the iceberg, there are several halls off to the side that branch out into branches. It's like a big Redwood tree or something. This was my starting point. I makes my trip to the mailbox yesterday seem like a trip to the bathroom.

I did take the elevator, and
skip out after meeting with the two teachers. I'm glad I went to his LA class, because she promptly handed me a list of books he needed to purchase. I'm gonna get that out of the way before my second surgery.
When I got home I immediately chewed 2 Tramadol pills, slapped the cryo machine on and put my legs up. I think my knee has cooled off. On the way home I was singing... THIS GIRL IS ON FIRRRRE! lol More like
this knee, but I improvised.
Whew! Goodnight, Good Morning, Good Afternoon!
