Marina Blue I have decided that there is NO WAY I am going to agree to a MUA at this point. If I can go from 85 bend to 101 in a little over a week, there is no way that is happening

I am still swelling and stiff, so knee is still in the angry stage at this point! I am at 8 weeks now.
Hey Liz, I have been thinking about you alot, was gonna message you to see how things are doing. The fibro likes to protest after certain PT movements. Today my hips and low back are complaining....sigh! But I think with my pain meds its keeping it slightly in check.
I so agree that not pushing the PT too early has been very beneficial. Those OS's try to scare you with the MUA **** etc. I will admit though I was worried that 6 1/2 weeks was too late, but very not true, at least in my case. I did do PT the first 10 days, so not sure if that helped or not. I think my walking around the house and our stairs may have assisted me a bit too. But I definetly took Jo's advice and let things rest the first few weeks. Now if I can get my straigtening better and get to 110 or 115 on my bend I will be quite happy.
So how are you doing Liz? How is your knee doing these days.
Oh and to those who don't know about Crohns, I am currently in a remission of sorts, but with this darn disease, you can have bad days appear out of no where sometimes, and thats what happened on Thursday. I generally have at least 1-2 bad days a week. Big hugs all!
