Tashia, Experiencing daylight is a very cool thing, you feel tired yet you don't! Norm could fall asleep anytime anywhere, me not so much, I see daylight and sleep is the furthest thing in my mind!
Pat, the knee kids are treating me great! I've learned that I have better balance then I thought, as the last two nights on the ship where pretty choppy and getting from one point to another where quite tricky and that's without a drink to sway the mind!
Judy, we certainly are getting our exercises in, which is a good thing as we were such coach potatoes! I remember the days when I use to have to find the nearest seat every so often for resting the knees, however Norm is the one that needs frequent stops because his leg goes numb, but he recovers quickly and we are on our way again. He now realizes what I was going through only for a different part of the body. The wonderful world of body changes that allow us to be sympathetic with each other as we age.
The cruise line meals are awesome! I love the main dining room, they have quality rather than quantity. I love the presentation of the meals, they feed the eyes more than the tummy, although we had our share of the buffet meals. I would rather not see another buffet meal for a good long time! With every meal no matter where on the ship, you get this wonderful view of the ocean and snowcap mountains going by as well as an occasional wildlife making an appearance. Just beautiful!
By the way those polar bears are Norm's and my favorites, we often buy anniversary cards for each other with them on them!
