Happy belated one year anniversary Legin! My wish for you is that this coming year will bring healing to your body, and that next September 2016, you will have much to celebrate :phone:

Sheeesh what a day yesterday was. Work at 7 then two mile walk home. Walk dogs then off to the bus. Walked across Perth then up to two schools in Perth to do my CAB stuff. Walk back across Perth. Then bus home, a quick coffee and then out to work. Got home at the end wiffffff not impressed I didn't get taxis she asked how many miles I looked at pedometer app on phone 7miles............... I checked the breakdown chart to see if correct and yup. Took eons to get to sleep but then night till 7. When first panic of I had slept in then the thought Daffy no work till tonight. Anyway got up and, hmmmmm no expected aches from the previous day. Yes my #CRPS pain but a few seconds to put it in its box and I was OK. Sooooooo what do I deduce. My stamina is returning and prolonged activity doesn't necessarily badly effect my CRPS whoot whoot

@Legin It's all going in the right direction for you at last and 7 miles is pretty good! Wow! Seriously impressed. Your days must pass much more quickly. Isn't it wonderful to be getting back to normal. I am so very, very pleased for you after all you have experienced and after all the support you give to everyone else. Brilliant news and your positive attitude is getting you through this!

Legin! Great post about your day. And then to hear that you felt none of the expected aches and pains? That's wonderful!

@Legin, can't wait to hear about your Dr visit.. somehow I think you'd better stay away from the maternity ward..
take my word for it! :swoon:

Hi @Legin
I leave you alone for a couple of days and come back to see you are thinking maternity ward -what ever next! You are impressive in how you are managing your issues - a good example to me!

No one knows how my mind works most definitely me. OK update time saw GP who specialises in skin conditions and after an interrogation, investigation and much chin rubbing he thinks I have Lichen Planus thus blisters. I have more steroid cream and if this doesn't work will do a biopsy. Problem with that is as its on the shin there isn't a lot to take a chunk of. I also spoke with him about trying to reduce pain relief notably the Pregabalin. As there is no as per say cure for CRPS all the therapy I have been doing has been focused on my brain in effect ignoring the pain, putting it in a box etc. So I was on 600mg a day so reduced to 450 with the firm agreement if it want working I would go back up. So I'm on third day and I have used every routine from breathing to mirror and the time isn't now. Constant nerve pain between 7 and 8. So much more therapy work to be done. No work today but up to Pitlochry school, (The Scottish Play country), for CAB stuff.

Dear, dear, dear Legin, words fail me, but glad to see your sense of humor (humour, even), giving nature, and all your other fine qualities haven't failed you. Seems like you're relying on your brain cell, Harold, to do a lot of heavy lifting. Are you anywhere near where they did the cloning that led to Dolly? Maybe we could raise funds to clone Harold so he wouldn't have to bear the burden of having to play pain-deceiving mind games all alone. Kickstarter, anyone?

Noooooo there is only one Harold. Today Burnham was dreek and grey I looked for the witches but nope.

Good thing you didn't find them. They didne dae th' thane onie favoors noo, did they?

They were all at my house lol!
@Legin you gave the med reduction a good try, bit I think you made a good decision to say now is not yet the time. This biopsy thing sounds ... interesting? Are they looking to rule out awful things?
How about ghosts? Any of them cruising around? Blood spots by the side of the road to entertain you?

Yikes Zaubes you will have me looking over my shoulder mind you ghosts be quite cool to talk to the bard, but then odd things often happen round me. Nope SJ they didnae, I still look at the trees in Burnham to see if they are moving. Its one of those places that has its own atmosphere ooooooops heading toward x file territory, tho mine would be z file.

Hello @Legin

Ouch nerve pain 7/8 that must be just awful and yet you get on with your life.

That was a very interesting visit to the doctor...mmmmm...but I am so glad you're seeing sense with your meds. You're being very sensible. It's so hard to find the right dose when you're reducing.

Although I've not posted much on your thread I have been reading it x you are doing very well to work when you've got such awful nerve pain levels xx you don't deserve all this angst.

Love Nana moon 27
