Revision TKR JennyLynne's "full" disclosure

After my infection surgery chocolate covered pretzels were my go to...:heehee:

Someone sent a big Godiva basket as a get well gift... omg I have enough chocolate to last my recovery!

Has your nausea resolved? Hopefully it is getting better now. I lost my appetite with the first surgery and lost about 10 lbs but have lost it only a little on this second surgery. I am eating more this go around!

My favorite snacking food are the little saltine oyster crackers. Always have a bag of them nearby and easy to eat with no crumbs!

Aw. What a cute little nurse! And yes. Pooping is totally cheer worthy around here!

Yay, all of us were so glad to see that poop fairy! It's an important achievement in this recovery. We all love to hear good news and this is good news!

Good job! What a cute nurse there taking care of you!

Such a cutie! And congrats on the "poop fairy". I felt so much better once that happened

Awwwww......how in the world could you be cross with such a sweetie chomping on your graham crackers!!!

So today is the first day my family returns to a "normal" schedule. Hubby went to work and my son will be off to school for the morning. Fortunately, we have a nanny to help with him and ME!

We are doing some home renovations so I may have the company of a carpenter or painter, haha. Think they'd get me a snack? [emoji6]

Last night was tough- lots of cramping in my leg overnight. Calf was the worst, and is tender to the touch today.

Didn't move much over the weekend- between the nausea and bathroom issues, I laid pretty still otherwise. Tried to do some slides just now with very little results. Too stiff!! Hope to see better movement as the day progresses.

Watch that tender calf. If it gets red or hot or worse, you may need to get an U/s to rule out a DVT.

@Jennszoo i had the same calf pain in the hospital and the PA checked it, said it was just muscle trauma from surgery. Feels like that. It gets better when I walk a bit. But I'll keep an eye on it.
