Dear Aunt @cpollock my name be is Mewsette I am now a whole 7 years old. My dog brother found me when I was 6 weeks old and either my feline mom or some humans left me by our old house. We had THOUSANDS of acres of farm land and swamp around us. I miss brother in Heaven ...the new dog bro is a creep. Thanks I know I am most beautiful.

My human said she trying very hard to get some good habits too....um let's see if they stick. Giggles into paw
 
I would not dare try to purchase another thing but would love an electric razor what one do you have @Layla ? I won't chance my OS's sterling record so I won't do it now... I am smooth and will stay that way... I don't seem to grow body hair as fast as I use to.

Ummm uh doves....tell hubby it's a sin to kill a dove all they do is sing for us. They do no harm but poop on statues ...

Still it sounds like your day was good. Family well girl Family fun that's precious :chuckmarch: Chicken will stomp on dove killer

Then with the new couch, you won't even need help getting up any more. That is huge! I'll be right here with all the others to support you and cheer you on through this. To answer your question....the electric razor is a chargeable Panasonic Wet / Dry, pink in color.
I bought it at Target a couple years ago. I only use it on my legs and it works well. Leaves no stubble. I no longer grow much hair on my legs either. Hey......actually a nice thing about aging!

Doves: Never tried one, never will. My husband eats everything he hunts. He doesn't hunt to kill animals for the sport of it. However, I don't eat any of it. I've tried duck, venison and don't even recall what else over the years but I don't care for any of it. He's a fisherman also and I do eat what he catches.

Mewsette does have beautiful green eyes and if yours are the same color......lucky you! Her name sounds so
"Fifi" like she's an upper crust cat who lives in a high rise on Park Ave and is tended to by butlers and maids eating her food only off the finest China. Lol!

@MyAussieGirl that cat is drier than the Sahara!!!!! What a sweet sweet face, looking up at us with hopeful eyes like a kitten. The first thing I thought of when I read her name was "La Boheme", which has a character named Musetta...

Happy Birthday Sam!!!! My younger turned 27 in June, the day after his grandmother passed away in his presence. What a way to have a memory for the rest of your life. He also likes the sugar-coma cakes, so I bought one with two roses on it and gave him those corners. :sick:

I have very little leg hair, and am presbyoptic enogh that I can't see it without reading glasses on, so when I do see it highlighted in the sun, say, I gross myself out. I stopped shaving at least 5 years ago, and am pretending that wearing longer capris all summer is a good disguise. I remember one summer as a teen, seeing my grandmother's legs in the sun looking exactly like this and wondering why she didn't do something about it. Well... now, like @dougie0216 and my Grama then, I am old enough to not need a fashion statement!

MAG, you are good to let your OS keep his sterling record, and safer for it too!! Mine appears to have the same kind of record, and this time around was way more picky about the special washing stuff. I had to do it three nights in a row, with clean sheets every night! Nothing like stripping, washing (fresh-washed was specified!), and re-making your bed three days in a row with no ibuprofen onboard...

only a week-- we are here with you!!!!!!!!:friends:

I lazily threw a clean fitted sheet on the night before surgery and covered myself with the top sheet, not even tucking it in. Figured I wouldn't sleep a wink but actually did!

@MyAussieGirl the hair on my legs has also slowed down too, must be the aging thing. Don't have to shave quite as often. My sons are 37 and 34....... I guess I'm old, hehe. I'm 55 and had my babies young too though.
I'm sure you are going to do great with your surgery, count down is on. How's your tummy been Lately?

@Layla actually, the nurse recommended making the bed once at the beginning, and then sleeping "rolled up in a flat sheet each night" and only replacing pillowcases. I'd forgotten that until you mentioned the sheet! I didn't roll myself up like a burrito, merely laid it out folded over like a taco, and it worked-- I too thought I wouldn't sleep at all, but I did.
 
To all for now I'll catch up later I'm soon to eat dinner. The fair Mewsette my humble one had her name before I had her. I said if I ever get a girl cat I shall name her Mewsette from a very old like cartoon from my youth..Gay Purrie....SP? You can find a clip on it on the net. Same spelling I think. Zaub the story would amuse you in light of what you said above.

Cats also has I think same as your spelling.

GrannyC @GrannyC thank you yes much posting here yesterday today I am off more than on. If all goes well I agree I know a lot more this time have a cheerleading team and a gastro to help me through much. Umm back to kickboxing would rock but I'll be thrilled to be walking lots more and flower gardening by next spring. You're an angel thank you for always supporting me even in my crabby crazy I can't get off the couch days :loll:

My kitty has that tude. A foundling with upper class taste we won't tell her she's poor.

My family use to hunt. Oddly I love quail and detest deer.. squirrel is good so I have nothing against hunting it's just Doves and I was messing with you kinda a spin on To Kill a Mockingbird.... I should have said my dad's name was Atticus. I loved that book. I um have odd humor.

Mew and I thank you on our eyes green eyes are rare they say. That I came from 2 brown eyes parents sex more....My one brother and I had/have green eyes the other 2 kids brown. Jim died just over a year ago...the 2 brown eyes siblings before age 51 I'll take my genes
 
Lol @zauberflöte read above too but I would do the 3 day bed washing Though would not be happy. I love my OS I figure a surgeon that has his own wing at one hospital has to be pretty damn good. I also like that my ENT had his knee done by him. Bone dudes good. GrannyC can tell you I get stir crazy and vexed when stuck in AND if I can't get up. Beware post surgery me :dubious:

The fence.....my grandpa made all us kids cousins etc a fence and a manger for Christmas when we were kids very little kids He was a carpenter those are rare each piece is hand made he didn't use tons of nails or anything. End all like fit in gate opens and closes. It is for those little towns you can buy piece by expensive piece Mom had some.... I don't but I put it around the tree Every year as I love it and on the years we had gifts I put them under there with all the boxes of colored papers it looks pretty. I still have my manger and set that up I have the pieces for that too. Out of 12 kids I and my oldest brother who passed away still have ours. Denis went to his oldest son

@MyAussieGirl , l've enjoyed reading your journey - wanted to wish you well on your upcoming LTHR. Your profile caught my eye with tyou being in Michigan and the picture of your Aussie. I grew up in MI (Pontiac). I've had two rescue Aussies, our last girl passed last November and I'll be looking again once my hip has recovered.
