@MyAussieGirl Craziest two days ever . Staging for hurricane supplies. Everyone around us evacuating and/or prepping. I bought an extra candle and found a few batteries for flashlight and took Mojo for hair appointment and scheduled vaccinations. Found forgotten bottle of brandy...for emergency. Wishing the best for your Florida family. Just got home after 13 hour day, have a pain in my butt, legs are aggravated, restless, glad not to be moving-want to move.
I know you will be so good after next week at least shortly after. Can't wait to read your pain-med speak.
Fed over 500 food insecure families last month but my halo is hanging low tonight.
Some days I come home and say job well done!
Other days I come home and say..just what the heck is wrong with people???
Oh well, tomorrow will be a good day.

Running through pray my 1 hospital sends my EKG asap to doc or operation hospital that's holding my surgery up if they send it is a go Wednesday so be pray

MyAussieGirl, all will be fine. Outdoor shower at pond at sister's worse case scenario. (Too bad the well taps into the arctic ocean) You will be on my mind all day Wednesday. So many prayers

Keeping you in my prayers along with your family in south Florida. They live only a short distance from where my son lives. However, he and his family evacuated to Orlando to get further north and further inland. Once again it sounds like you have too much going on in your life but it will all get sorted out and you need to spend your time taking care of yourself right now. Then once your surgery is done and you are healed up, you can help everyone else. Love @Layla 's comment about church feeling like a warm snuggled blanket. I agree. Just know you are in all our hearts and prayers these days and we will be right here for you through it all to support you and maybe even provide a laugh (or at least a smile) or two. Hang in there! You can do this

Prayers for your son and family in Florida......prayers for all of Florida!
All the prep involved is so hard to imagine. I'd evacuate too if warned to. It must be difficult
to board up your home and belongings and flee. Hopefully this hurricane dies down before landfall.

@Layla Fortunately they have a newer home and were able to put up their hurricane shutters before they left. They also moved all valuables up higher in case of water. I'm glad they were able to head north though as storm shouldn't be quite as bad farther north and more inland. Very difficult situation for everyone so lots of prayers headed south! Sounds like @Mojo333 might get some effects from it but nothing as severe as Florida so I think she will be fine but very wet Thankfully you, @MyAussieGirl and I will be out of harms way.

I read all your posts and hugs ...many hugs. I am getting ready for church called my granddaughter in FL to wish her happy birthday...they crack me up curfew is at 8 soooo....are you ready?? They went to the beach lol OMG insane. They are not blood but that need for water reminds me of....me.

Prayers you and your loved ones all stay safe.

If I don't get dressed the church will wrap me in a real blanket

Hi @MyAussieGirl I'm sending positive thoughts and prayers for a successful surgery and great recovery. I'm off to Calgary with my Mom now for her test and specialist appointment so I won't be on here til maybe Tuesday. I'm looking forward to following your recovery and offering my support. I am praying and pulling for Mom I know you're busy and stressed and keep you in my heart as I know you and hubby both aren't 100 per cent health wise so even more prayers. I won't be here Tuesday if my surgery is a go

Aww @Layla me too on weather channel though I jump late at night to just TV and Christian TV. We spoke with my granddaughter yesterday wishing her a happy birthday so far they are okay today I don't know
They are in Juno Beach East side of state on the ocean .

Lol no piece of mind it all fell outta my noggin. . Thanks dear friend I am alllllmost ready so much stupid stuff to do but has to be done. My roots match the rest of my hair lol

Oh and I saw the cutest video of my granddaughter dancing on the beach being blown all over by Irma...Gotta say we all are crazy
