Me likey this guy! From a PT? Good find, AR2!I have Home PT , a nice guy and he reminds me, while I’m assigned “Home bound”, I should not be out, except church, synagogues or haircuts.
Hope your 4th week is a really good one!

I was "cleared" to drive after 2 weeks...but I waited til the end of my 3rd....and then only drove a few blocks to the shops...still don't drive much but actually went out today. I have a low to the ground car and always make sure my seat is back all the way before getting in and out...(idiot me) forgot to do that and rotated my op leg a bit getting out...lets just say.....well....if that hip could talkNext week , I start my outpatient PT. I was hope to drive myself to the appointments. Now I’m re thinking this and maybe asking someone to come in the car with me.

! UghhhhhhI found driving to be pretty easy from the get-go, but surprisingly draining over long distances. Kinda freeing to get out on the road by yourself! You'll feel just like you're 16 again! We practiced getting in and out of car..sitting behind the wheel was one thing , driving will be another. I Have my first OP PT Monday. I hope to drive myself. Yikes!
Here's a little song for you today Annie Rose!
