Meanwhile the swelling and stiffness after Saturday's exertions isn't bad, but I did nothing more strenuous Sunday than see Les Miserables on Sunday and have dinner with my mother. The damp cold weather is still bothering my knees, so I'm taking it easy today.

swimming for me today no biking too much snow and living on a hill not going in car to baths will walk bit more exercise for knee ,i dont know if cold bothers me to much at 7 months mine is still very hot was at docs this morning even he remarked on how warm to touch but not unusual keeps snow from settling on knee,hope you can get out again on bike think mines done for a while hope snow goes we cant manage in uk with snow,just glad i dont work anymore.
 
oh did you watch film on pc or go to pictures shouldnt do this but i download a lot of films on pc Can you watch oophra for me thursday see what lance armstrong has to say going to try and get it on pc he is still my hero.

Yes, very much, including Russell Crowe. He's being bashed for not being "bigger" as Javert, but he seemed right to me for the role. If he played the part as a conventional villain, it might have come across as Disney-ish - Crowe-ella Du Ville, if you will. Javert is just a dogged cop, not a force of evil. Crowe was the most surprising choice in a film with an almost perfect cast.

Meanwhile, taking the day off from exercise. I'm back at the gym tomorrow, and riding this coming weekend.

I saw the film, twice, in a theater.

I'm not able to see Oprah, unfortunately. I'm sure the press will cover the interview.
 
right thanks as you say it is already in our press telling us lance is on so i am sure it will be reported
 
I have an odd burning feeling in the front of the knees, much like I did back in 2010 when I went into the final downward spiral that lead to replacement. Does anyone else get this? Should I worry about it? Its worse when seated and the knees are bent.
 
know how you feel had flu had rain now got snow trying to walk down our hill terrible best part was going to baths today very warm water should have taken my soap.
 
Feel better Neil! RICBAK1 Your posts are hard to read. Can you try some punctuation and drop the e.e. cummings style of no caps? :)

Thats one thing about UK all my tkr cost was nhs contributions which are in my taxes, so cost zero.Also the cost of my house in north would probably not buy a house in USA.How is my punctuation and caps now some people are picky,sorry.
