Hello
@CricketHip
Yes, but it's not the fun kind of travel....that's the following week!!!

Next week it's appointments for hubby and my car (and PT); The following week Cape May!!! I am doing very well; little by little gets it done, for sure. So, for the next several days, I rest.....
So today I met the PT that my OS wanted me to consult with regards to the LLD....very kind, listening man. Did you know that over 50% of hippies have LLD? I have about a 3/8" discrepancy. He noticed that my knee still has quite a bit of swelling (from the bruising) and of course some swelling around the top of my hip. That in itself, once it goes down, will help balance those legs. He also gave me some really good exercises, nothing too difficult. Actually, when he asked me if I wanted to try them, they all felt good. I think he read me correctly by seeing I was very hesitant about anything, but by the end of our evaluation, he gave me some good information and good moves to do. He explained how once you begin working those muscles, etc., that in itself will get all that fluid to move around and out. Do you agree with that?
He is a big proponent of ice and elevation, especially after PT. I will see him 3 more times and then MY PT comes back from Italy; she has healing hands and will work on me manually. All in all, I am expecting good things....Gee, I sure wish I could visit with you
I use the cane mostly....but, I do walk without it inside the house occasionally....that's my good news.
So now, how are you???? Update please!
