Big changes have happened with my LTKR in the last few weeks, all for the good.

The structures on the outside of my knee, finally let go after months of stretching the TFL, and deep tissue work in that area.
My pain levels have dropped significantly. I am no longer awakened with severe knee pain, and then unable to fall back to sleep. My activity has increased and ROM, with no worries about paying for it later that night.
After a long 19 months, I have my life back. No, it is not pain free every minute, but I am painfree for longer and longer periods of time.

Now for the best part, last night we went to my Nephew's play, "Grease". At the end the cast members dance with someone from the audience.
I was able to dance with my Nephew! I was thrilled, my knee worked great, I felt like a kid again on the HS gym floor. Not only dancing with a teenager, but like a teenager.
I still feel great today.
It has been a long 19 months since my TKR, and 10 years before that with knee pain.
I am grateful for the TKR, and for Bonesmart, I would not have been able to get through this without all the support and concern from everyone here.
With gratitude and

for Bonesmarties, and for this forum.
