We folks in Montana are serious about our coffee. I just had a 15 min discussion about the various drive through coffee kiosks in our little town of 4000 people!!! There is a Starbucks inside the Safeway which is exciting to us since we do not get many chain type stores coming to Montana. I love Mochas, but can afford about 2 a month. So, I often drink Americanos which are much less expensive. And, I have found that coffee with cream and a shake of vanilla is great!!
On the serious side, I am glad to see you progressing. I know that I was so reluctant to have surgery and frankly, this last rehab sucks big time. I feel cheated, I missed another summer!! So, I understand your reluctance to look at more surgery. On the plus side, my knee does not hurt when I ride my bike--and I was in agony this spring.
Somehow, I got through the two rehabs for my knees and then thought that I had had the "Surgery to End All Surgeries".
I really never anticipated this extra summer of rehab and discomfort. I am still not 100% have been hitting the gym every day--come home drenched in sweat. But "bad things happen to good people" and I have lived through it and am now happy to be able to ride my bike.
