Hi all! Thought I'd download a few pic's of some of the food we had on Christmas Eve! A great time was had by all! Lot's of work but I love doing it . That's my little Tessa with me after we got comfy!

:cry4:Oh my! You've got me crying now. How sweet of everyone. I actually have shingles at the moment, just got the lab results this morning. Needless to say, no partying for me tonight!

So sorry I couldn't cook up a storm for the festivities, but I will be with you all in spirit! Enjoy the evening all and have a safe New Years Eve!

Oh Janet, shingles! How horrid for you, that's a beastly thing. Not what you need or deserve after all the lovingkindess that you dispense to everybody else. Please take care of yourself and I pray that it's not too painful and that you will recover quickly. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Apparently the prednisone has wreaked havoc on my immune system. It sure has done a number on the rest of me! The sweats are not letting up at all and I've been off all predisone since last Thursday. So far so good on the inflammation though but my face is as round as a basketball!

Boy, there have been a few of us on here with shingles! Jo, you had them right after I joined I remember and Tim more recently. This is the second time I have had them. First time was about ten years ago. At least now there is medication to ease the symptoms. What next :DOH:?

Nothing surprises me any more...
