Well, I went boating on "Tenacity" today for the first time in three years! I am feeling so good, it is like I NEVER had a THR ! There is HOPE! Although I tried to download photos, I couldn't!

I will though, as soon as I figure out what I am doing wrong . Weight gain or not...I had a blast!

Check to make sure your files are within the file size limits for uploads. If not use a photo editing program to reduce the file size.

This is very strange. I am doing exactly what I have always done since I got the new laptop in May. It just keeps telling me that the dowmload failed !

The difference Janet may be that your new computer has a different "default" image size. If you are using TinyPic, be sure you are selecting the correct size for the transfer. It's a block on the first screen where you select the photo from your computer files. It should say that the size is for message boards.

No, I've been doing it directly and I am not seeing anywhere that the file is too large. I am doing absolutely NOTHING different. I will try again..

Well, then, Janet......tell me each step you're doing. That would be the only way I might be able to help you if you're not using TinyPic. I'll need to know what you do and what happens on the screen when you do it for each step.

Hi Janet, check in your picture files. What type of image is the file?

If it's gif then you can't upload anything larger than 58.6KB.

If it's jpeg then the file size can't be larger than 19.5KB.

Normal images straight out of a digital camera are much larger than these file sizes. Here's the step by step instructions from Jo's thread.

The first option in Jo's instructions is EXACTLY the way I have been doing it since I got the new laptop. I have not had a problem in the past.

Tiny Pic is too confusing. I would say there is something "buggy" going on here wth your site, NOT something I am doing. Sorry...

I got my online utility bill today. It was almost 800.00....double last months. I've never ever had one that high. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKK (this is purely electric, no water, heat etc.)

Ok, feeling fine but hot and shivery. Running a temp of 103+. Bill wanted me to go to the E.R but "stubborn" here is waiting and watching.

I feel fine otherwise, just came on suddenly while doing the dishes tonight! Problem is, my OS is at one hospital, and the GP/NP are at another...

Now that Bill has gone to bed, I may take myse[f. He gets up at 5:30 for work, so I don't want him there all night.... NOT FUNNY!

Janet wanted me to post on her bahalf - she went to ER at 2am and has been admitted w/ a UTI - she does not feel very well and they are struggling to keep her temp down...I will update as I get them from her...a nurse just came in and she had to cut me off but I will let you all know whenever I know something...

Oh, my gosh......I'm so glad she decided to go on to the Emergency Room.
