It’s a huge mood lifter for sure. It rained all day yesterday and sunny today. I wore shorts to the store.

I see that you had hip bursitis. What did you do to help it? I guess PT didn't help. Do you know what caused it?

@MJF622 I don’t know what caused it, but steroid shots in my hip took care of it. I lived with it for several years, hoping it would go away, until I finally went to the OS.

Surely. We are having nice weather here but who knows how long it will last? I’ve been feeling cruddy the past few days. Not sure why but I hurt all over and nothing helps. I’m getting sick of it. Maybe it’s the weather?

@sistersinhim I’ve felt too bad to do anything. Maybe it’s pollen allergies. A lot of things blooming now.

I thought it was your knee acting up. It certainly is allergy season. About two weeks ago I started using a Neti Pot. It sounds gross, but since then, my allergies have been much better!

@sistersinhim I think I might try a netti pot. Couldn’t hurt. It’s sunny and 77 here today. That really helps the mood.
