Hi Kathy,
I hope you can get your sleep pattern on track. I know how frustrating it can be since I need at least 8 hours a night. When I don't get that I am a wreck.
I take Tylenol pm each night before bed and it seems to work for me. I don't know if you have that in the uk or not but worth a look. My husband takes melatonin and swears by it for his sleep.
Do take care,
Dawn

why do people have to point out the negatives and NOT the positives??? I was walking to our friends' house with another friend for a meal on Saturday evening. My friend said "how's your knee? I see you are......" and this is where I stopped her from saying any more. YES, obviously I know I still walk with a limp a lot of the time. BUT is is a far better limp. I said to my friend, well actually I snapped, I am making progress, but it is slow. I hate it when people point out that I am limping. She said sorry she wouldn't mention it again and I said thanks. It gave me the umph for a bit, felt better after a few beverages of the alcoholic kind
Hey folks, for you that think I am oblivious - I do know it and I am trying to perfect my walk all the time. I am very concious of each step I take, believe me.
Brilliant
I have family members that would describe someone they met, say to me "My god, she was bigger than you are, or she's almost as big as you!", say WHAT!, I would just look at them and wonder...what the heck ever possesses a person to be so rude! We couldn't possible have the same gene pool, could we?, I must have been adopted I think!
