Revision TKR I just got my new knee.

Hopefully you will now get the treatment/answers you need. You certainly did the correct thing in going to the emergency room. The cellulitis should clear up with the antibiotics. Glad your chest is clear. x

Thanks a lot. Appreciate it. Yeh it's hard not to worry. But I won't. I have peace. It just scares me cause of the past. I will call the nurse next week to make sure they got images. But I know there all book up. She told me a lot of my old doc patients go there. Real scary to me. Cause I trusted him. It's was and has been difficult. Thanks again.

Odd cause don't know how I got it. But she said to me Meds will help me. I know one give me munchies that prwsizone. Lord I already been on that last week when I was sick lol. Me to I've been a mess with what ever virus I had and the broncitious. I know the cough like killed my lungs and ribs. But what ever the doc gave me last time at doc knocked it out. And the cough pills. Still night I cough but I take cough pills.

Was funny I cough in there guess cause was hot. And she said well your not here for illness. But let's be on safe side. We won't bill you for this lol. I'm thinking yeh right. Thanks for the comments.

Just this all makes me just so depressed. I asked a guy and woman who had knee replace on fb. She said no she don't have pain. And he said yeh he does and had to go to specialist at UK hospital. He goes to same office but see the other doc. The one who helped me get stitches out a while back. I've saw him 1 time. Makes me wounder why these docs don't care.

Not being mean. We are the money makers the ones with cronic knee problems. Just help us. Know some one else is getting money. Sheesh.

Resting and icing. Took first dose of medicane. Yikes Huge horse pill.

Smashed and in pudding yuck. Thank goodness olny 6 pills.

I am glad to read you had very good treatment at the hospital, and have medication for your cellulitis. Hope you start to feel better soon and the new OS can get you in sooner.

Me to cause normally it's not good. But have think it's in another state. But I am so ready for all this to be over. I still don't know how you can get celitious. But guess it happonds. Was odd cause swelling. And then drainage. Then last week when reg doc look said oh well it's part of replace swell.

But I know I fill a millian percent better.

Me to but as the lady said. They stay booked. Which as long as I can rest ice and elevate some I'm good. Cause I don't want to rush at the moment. I need to get strength back.

I found a Motrin 800 bottle. I called pharmacy. And well I was able to get it filled. So that would be better than not have no pain Meds. I'm ok with the ache. But when the sharp pain hits oh makes me want scream.
The Motrin seems to help if I take 2 so far. Take them every 3 hrs. Asked my family doc and he said won't be issue. He said he would call me in tylonal with codeine for night. And I have the requip to...

Just hope this all get sorted.

I have to go on Monday to court for my kids. Have crazy x. And saw the wife there today upon discharge. So lawd know what she try do or say. All eyes was on me cause on crutches. My guess is she try say I'm unstable. But won't work. Sad kids dislike him. Anyways off topic.


But I would love to be able to walk with out pain and move with out pop.

This is what I ask a friend on Fb who had knee replace.


Hey just have a few question for you. With having both full knee replacements can you answer me some questions?


If you move your knee out straight can u fill implant moving?

If u move it side to side can you fill it moving?

Is it uncomfortable to walk at all?

Do you have trouble standing for long periods of time?

How long did you have swelling?

Can you stand or walk with out pain?

How long was you on pain Meds?

I ask that cause I'm having some issues. And I just need some answers to know if I'm having complications.


Here is her reply! Made me sad.


1. No I can't feel my implant move

2. No I can't feel it move from side to side

3. No it's great to walk I can wear high heels or do anything I want better than before.

4. No I have no problems with standing long periods of time.

5. I had swelling for probably 3 months

6. Absolutely I walk without pain, that's the reason I had knee replacement .

7. I went of my pain melds the second week of surgery.



I just said wow. And my other friend is having pain and has be send to another hospital. It's a nightmare.

Thanks a lot!!! I know it will. Have recordings still and kids is 15 and 17 and they been with me since they born. I've did it all. So he has no chance. And the kids will talk. And I am taking copy's of scripts and resin I need it. And I have upper hand. Cause I know judge well!!! He hasn't a clue. He messed up.

If the wife works at the hospital and reveals to anyone she saw you there, she could be in violation of privacy laws.
If that happens, ask your lawyer about it.
Good luck on Monday, and with getting in early to see the new OS.
