TKR Hopefaith's Ups and Downs of Recovery

Hiya HF! Don't be worried about your OS appointment on Monday. I'm sure MUA won't even be mentioned and you're right - you'd have to agree to one anyone. Just remember how long my road was to get to where I am today. Stuck at 85-90 for weeks and weeks. Regressed from 110 back to 85. I'm now at 145 and, although it does change from day to day, I know that it is being worked every day.

Uhm, did you elude to doing 'something' this morning? Hopefully not like a trip or a twist - hopefully it was something fun! Do tell!! xoxoxoxo

'speaking of rubbers' @Phil75070 ...... and I thought guys kept them in their back pocket, not wallets :heehee:

:rotfl: colored, scented rubbers in kids' party bags :rotfl: @dogwheels - musta been some party!

Here is a photo of my sparkly sandals I wore to my son's wedding. If I make them big, they are overwhelming so here's the thumbnail. I need to take their picture in the sun, where they look soo blingy.

Cool sandals! And toenail polish color! And no moving shelves young lady!! xoxoxo

So, sweet pea, am I to assume that your tiny font usage is a) you whispering your response or b) the equivalent of crossing your fingers behind your back? :heehee: I hope you had a good day HF! xoxo

@DogLoverx3

a.)........................unfortunately.
(You make me laugh)

But....
Someday we will BOTH be crossing our fingers behind our backs.:heehee:

Talk about words meaning different things in different countries!!!!

And different Planets too!!! :walking:

Tough movie to watch.
All gave some & Some gave all.
Happy 4th of July to all our Veterans.

Pretty, pretty sandals @hopefaith - I really like those. I bought a bejewelled pair the other day in the sale ............ yes I know, more shoes. I have several exceedingly bling ones from my time living in the Middle East, but they are all toe post versions, and sometimes my poor old feet just say enough! So I bought these a) because they don't have a toe post b) hopefully they will stay on and not cause trippage c) they are gold and my others are all silver.

BTW - I have to wait a whole week before those Vionic ones will arrive. Boo!

I just bought a new pair of shoes, too! Golf shoes that is - that have NO heel. So there!

And get that scary baby off of my thread. (Kidding)

@dogwheels love your sandals. My blingy ones aren't super comfortable, but I can wear them for a little while. Confession I ordered another pair of vionics that are a true sandal. I love a really long skirt with this type of sandal with it. They take FOREVER to arrive.....sorry. Unless you pay for ridiculous shipping which I don't. This new pair are white/grayish.

It is so funny to me how one post starts a wildfire. Love it!

Pretty funny Phil...............Can you wear them to weddings??????????
I wanted to get some hiking boots with the 5 inch heels.
That way they won't slip on hills & I can climb trees & utility poles with them.
Plus they make my but look sexy.
I'll send a pic if I find some with bling on them. :hiking:
