ACL Reconstruction-April 1995
Lateral Release and Lateral Meniscectomy-January 1999

Left Knee-
ACL Reconstruction and Meniscus Repair-June 2012
ACL Revision and Medial Meniscectomy-February 2016
Debridement, IT Band Release, Hardware Removal-November 2017
TKR-June 30, 2020
