Sitting after surgery has been uncomfortable. I wouldn't go out to eat because of all the waiting time sitting. I'd say just the last 3 weeks has seen an improvement where I can sit without becoming quickly uncomfortable. Same problem at night sleeping on my side with my knees bent. I think it's a circulation thing when the knees are bent, too much impingement. Or it could be impingement on nerves. There is an article on it, but I don't remember which it attributes it to. As internal swelling decreases, my legs are becoming more comfortable. At 12 weeks, it's less of a problem.

the muscle so there was no balance. I had also, stretched out the quad and the hamstring, but that was over a 16 month period. A few months of light work would be ok I think. It made me feel better anyway.
