Addendum to the last... I will see my OS on March 10 for my one year. Depending where we are on the other thing, I will talk to him about doing Mr Lefty, who is interfering with my walking. But not even requiring Tylenol so he can wait a bit. Have a great day, everyone!

Good news early! Breast specialist called yesterday. After reviewing my old films, and comparing with my new, and talking with radiologist, they agree these little guys have been here for a good while. I will have another mammogram in six months to see if there might be changes, as a precaution. Not ignoring them entirely but no reason for alarm. I give thanks for this. :)

Still on with OS for March 10. Lefty is getting cantankerous but we are still walking daily. Hope all is well, my friends.

Today is my 10 month THR anniversary. It has been wonderfully awesome and I am so blessed to be able to do all the things that were lost to me a year ago. Progress has evened out, no great leaps any longer but just little steps forward. I do steps normally without thinking so there is that!

My only complaint is my ongoing inability to lose weight. I seem to lose a few pounds, and then plateau for weeks! At this rate, I'll be 97 by the time I lose the last 20 pounds!

Love that you are getting back to life and feeling good...Happy 10 Month Hipversary, dear @SarahBee :yahoo:

I am struggling to get about 15 lbs lighter too.
How did my metabolism get so slow...I dont eat that badly.:sigh:

I find it's easier to eat lighter and healthier when its warmer and I can get out more also.
Hopefully spring will give us both an opportunity to lose the extra pounds.

Happy ten month anniversary @SarahBee I am so glad you are feeling good and making progress no matter how modest.

Weight loss is tough. I have not even tried yet. I have put on 15 this last year. Too much sitting, very low metabolism. Just switched back to pre surgery method of eating, Mediterranean mostly. Hoping it helps. Have you tried that? Craving some beautiful produce. I always miss that this time of year. Sending xxxxx ❤

I'm trying to convince my meat and potatoes, German hubby to give it a try. It isn't as if we couldn't both use a little weight loss. I do miss fresh produce in the winter. We are fortunate to have a lot in our groceries but it just isn't the same, is it? Maybe I'll just start going Mediterranean and see if he even notices!
