Just called the doctors office and was told to wash with warm soap and water, pat dry and put some neosporin on that area only. I had just wanted to be sure because I was told not to put any ointment on it at all.
The first time I just do the 10 reps of each to help start strengthening. Am walking the hall between couch and bathroom with continuous steps instead of one step at a time and rest, the rolling walker does good in the hall with this just not as well on carpet. I got to the kitchen and fixed a bowl of instant oatmeal and now resting on couch watching daytona 500.
I am still amazed at how easy this has been and how good I feel.
Just won't let the pain get out of control like it did in the hospital. Trying 100 mg of tramadol instead of percocet for 2pm med with percocet on standby if needed.
