Thank you Layla. The two months went by quickly. The Holidays were amazing because "unfortunately" I could not do much, lol.
Physio is done, and that is great because we are getting snow now. On Sunday, I went sledding. It was not me on the sled, it was a 5 year old child, and my husband was pulling the sled. I walked unaided through snow along walkways but avoided hills and fields. Still, it was my first walk outside that was not in a store, and it felt great. I had pain in both knees the next day, the baby knee and the old one. I am trying to reduce the Tylenol from 4 pills a day to 2, but doing that slowly. My quads are still not fully functional. I can do stairs like an adult if I hold on to railings on both sides or one cane and one railing. But it is still difficult. It seems so long ago that I went up and down the stairs easily, before arthritis made me do it like a toddler, one step at a time.
