This morning, after I had woken up but before I left the bed, I decided to test the waters again to get rid of the wedge and sleep non-elevated so my legs get used to laying straight. Btw, I have very little if any swelling now.
So, I laid flat on my back. Weird.
Then I tried on my side [preferred position] and different pains came out to meet me. Pain from the outside knee. The incision burn, even a nerve pain down my calf.
I don't want to force poison but at the same time it would be nice to learn how to sleep normally.
The answer in everybody's mind right now go back to elevating until I can do it without the pain. Yeah I know. Still. ...
(Pardon me, taking both sides)
