Buttercup, et. all,
I don't have pain in the groin (anterior pain). All of the pain is posterior in the area of the gluts (or rotators underneath) and as I have indicated, at the junction between the pelvis and hamstrings muscle (which can sometimes drive me crazy).
-no word from Lubbock from Surgeon #2 on a 3rd, "superstar" referral.
-do have an appt. with a pain Dr. in Lubbock on the 28th of July.
I'm going to do some calling around here locally to make sure there's no one avialable before then.
I am having a better week this week than last when I over did it in the yard . I have been sitting on ice, and I'm am trying to take my cues from Pete :dogkiss: who calls it quits when the temperature gets above 83.5 and knows, at any time of the day, where the coolest places on the property are to rest.
My bicycle riding buddies are so eager for me to rejoin them (I'm their unofficial tour director) that they have suggested my getting a 3-wheel motorcycle or scooter so to be able to cruise with them (-got to be able to go at at least 30-40mph). I found a machine on Ebay loaded with a 350 Chevy engine, but I'm afraid it may leave the ground if I try to drive it, and I really don't want to consider anything other than revision surgery, if necessary, at this point in time.
-Still hoping to find reasonable solutions :sct:. Jim
