Oh sunsetbiking I had forgotten about your job situation. That is so awful. Are they laying other employees off also? It seems like that should not be legal.
I had no idea about the hip dysplasia either.

I am envious that you have no pain in your hip. I am pretty sore this morning. Yesterday my PT had me do some new exercises to try and strengthen the small muscles around my hip. I have to say I probably feel worse than I have for several days. I am trying to figure out if it is good pain or bad pain. It feels different than any previous pain I have had. That is the way recovery has been for me...2 steps forward 1 step back. I am nervous about going back to work, but I have a few weeks yet so I am hoping that my hip continues to improve. As far as my scar...mine still has some hardness and swelling under the incision, but it continues to flatten out. Did you ever ask your doctor about your lump?
