@Fairydell I have been sleeping quite well. A few wakeful night and of course the bathroom trips. I feel tired a lot though. I could be back in bed by 9 or 10am everyday and too tired to even watch a show so might be more wakeful in the night.
@SurreyGirl Aging has never really bothered me too much. It's feeling old crippled that really gets to me but hoping that will be over soon.
I had a massage at this physio once. This big Swedish girl came in and basically pummeled me for 40 minutes before I waved a white flag. I would prefer to be dragged on the back of a truck for 100 miles and then have 10 face Rocky in the ring!:gaah:

Sounds like a great day!

I can’t remember the last time I didn’t dress shopping in an actual STORE! All these joint issues have made me an expert in (and addict of) online shopping!

@JennyLynne It was a lot of fun to actually browse the stores, even from my wheelchair. My son is very patient and was quite happy to push me around because "it's your birthday treat". Cheeky guy discovered that chocolate shops will give a free chocolate from the case to "test", so we hit them all, lol
It was a mood lifter to see all the spring/summer clothes & colours and now have some things I'm excited about. Only thing that I would caution is to only take one low limit credit card at the most! :heehee:

Just had the best video call ever via Messenger. The two older kids (11 & 9) were busy making weird faces with all the app features. Funny, silly and scary faces with snakes crawling out of their eyes. (zero to none information about school is because apparently "nothing EVER happens there".) The new baby (now 8 weeks) was milk drunk but as I talked to him he actually woke and smiled at me a few times! The last couple smiles were milk drunk smiles but still fun to see. I can hardly wait to see these kiddos and their parents too I guess?

My son sneaks my phone and makes silly videos... I love finding them on my phone!

FaceTime with my son while I was in the hospital made me feel so much better. We try to use it with my dad but he struggles.... always so up close we can only see his nose [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I seem to have developed some swelling at the top side of my incision. I am quite sure it wasn't there before; weird. I am hoping the miserable weather clears even for a short time today so I can walk outside. It's been raining all week but I am not too keen on going to a busy mall to walk.

@SarahBee Oh, don't I know it! It was a wet mall floor that broke this hip originally 5 years ago! I still get very anxious around any wet surfaces. I hope I eventually get over that; it's like a form of PTSD that makes me break out in a sweat and quit breathing.
