Here is my scar, fresh from 9/7/21.

I had bilateral Peri-Acetabular Osteotomies. One on the right and two on the left because I had a non-union. I have also had multiple hip bilateral arthroscopies. The pictures show the osteotomy scares(12 inches long) and the arthroscopy incisions(2 inches long).
