I still have some pains rolling over in bed. I think it's just one of the last things left to recover. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

@newlybionic I used to put my good foot under my bad and roll over but I don't need to do that any more it's then I get that feeling

Doesn't feel great to get back to the normal things that we used to do?!

That's awesome @Dawni! I haven't done a big shopping adventure yet but I did pick blueberries today for an hour! Thank Goodness the bushes were so tall I didn't need to stoop over! We're all getting there!!

Hi all at just 3 months I am recovering very well, can do most things up and down stairs normally, off all pain medication, and no pain, my daughter took me to London on Monday we stayed over night had afternoon tea at the Ritz, went to Buckenham palace, went to Claridges, shopping at Harrodes we took a few taxis as well my knee stood up very well although it is a bit stiff and swollen today but I did a lot of walking and enjoyed my birthday treat. I have a 3 month check up with my OS on the 25th August, my bend is 135 and straight 0, I will be returning to work on the 7th September, all in all I am very happy with my new knee and it's so nice to be pain free.

That is wonderful news! Congratulations at arriving at the pain-free place. It is not easy to get to and Happy Birthday! Your outing sounded wonderful. I was so glad to hear from you and hear such a great report.

What a wonderful report to read! Just think, all of us will be there soon, too!

Just got back from seeing my OS for my 3 month check, he was amazed at how well I have recovered he said I was in that small group that sails through this operation, I said that's good as my first RTKR was a nightmar. I am going back to work on the 7th September I could get used to not working but needs must, it's the standing for 9 hours that I am not looking forward to as I am a chef and on my feet for most of the day, we will see.

Great report Dawni, I'm glad your recovery has gone so well, don't forget you will still get tired so I hope you will be able to cope with work. Put your feet up whenever you get a break.
