rlwintin, I am amazed you can walk for miles and so nice to read. It must be wonderful to get your new leg working. It must be wonderful to get out in the woods. Wish I was home in Mississippi right now and sitting on the porch with Grandma just watching the birds and dear. Have a lovely weekend

some very wise things to try b4 I get ready for bed tonight. I really do need a smaller pillow. Will try and wind down slowly and put the old music back in the ears. I have slept great since I have had the knee done so count myself very lucky. I did not have enough pain meds yesterday and I would have thought by now i would have learnt my lesson. It just seem hard to take them when I have little or no pain. Thanks for listening and I am sure well hope i have some good news tomorrow morning.
Have a great weekend.
Why are you not taking enough meds, it's such early days and even though you may not feel like you need them, sounds like you may need a few more, maybe just for another week or o. I've found that when the Pain gets in, especially at night, I can't sleep or get comfy. I now have to Have pillow between knees and I've another one for when I stretch out that my knee rests on as well, lots of pillows
.
