Good meds, and patience! That is an awesome combination! I wish I had the second, LOL! I don't use the pain meds anymore but I could use patience! That darned kneecap just won't listen to what "I" want it to do sometimes!

Hi Fernie, Everything you are going thru is normal. The tears, the fed up feeling of the stiff leg everything. We all go thru it but there is nothing we can do to make it go in any other direction. No one who has not had this operation can understand the sheer frustration of the length of recovery. It really is three steps forward two steps back. Hope you get your meds sorted with your doctor. That will make a big difference. Sending you lots of hugs. Feel better soon x x

Although I feel more like falling comet than a star! Pain def better which is good and head a little more fluffy... Knee a bit tight but not too bad, have spent day on sofa with everyone running around for me, v fab and massive help as I'm so tired.
