Thank you all! I had a feeling this would be the answer but I keep hearing that I really need to work on the extension. I’m stretching it by hanging it over the edge of the bed - lying on my stomach and having the knee just off the edge. I only do 5-9 minutes each session so far. This is much less uncomfortable than propping my heel on something and stretching it that way (as in the pictures posted here on bonesmart). I just wanted to make sure there is no urgency. My doctor is worried that I won’t get to zero so maybe that’s why the pressure to hurry.
