So your pain sites are here - got to admit, I somewhat flummoxed by that
Wouldn't like to say what it is.
Momma, I'm afraid I have no wonderful advice for you. You're in a tough spot and I doubt anything will change quickly. Only spot of hope I can offer is that at 7 months, it's still likely this will settle in time. It's obviously a nerve related issue and they can take a year or more to heal.

Well, can't say you're not medicating enough.Current pain levels everyday 6-8 sometimes as high as 9-10 (ER visit at this level.
Current RX's (just saw pain mgmt today)Percocet 10/325 1po 6h, soma 350mg 1 po qid, Tramadol 50mg 2 tabs q4 prn
You don't accomplish much in 30 minutes. Much better to leave it on for an hour or more As long as it feels helpful.Icing every 4-5hrs for 30mins, some days less some days more.
Elevation: I'm generally laid out in bed or on couch most of the day. I'd say a minimum every 2hrs for at least 30-45mins
Clean the pool? Isn't that a bit testing? However, I admire for you for doing that much.I don't do a lot of work around house as it is so difficult to move around. I do laundry, sweep floors, do dishes and clean pool every other day. Trips to stores maybe once a week as it is difficult to walk long distances.
And quite rightly too!PT and Gym I quit one month ago due to what I called abuse and pain.
Well, you know not to do this so it makes you hurt, don't you? Discomfort but never hurt.I do some flexion exercises with a band, I move around in my pool, try to take short rides on my bike - some days I can and some days I can't. I've been forcing heel toe walking.
That's good. Might even be good to use two.I use a cane all the time.
And does that help?I get massages on the leg also.
