I had the day off from my vacation yesterday

.
This week starts my pre op preparation,

!
I am having trigger point injections for my SI joint dysfunction on Tuesday, will get me through the surgery and the next 3-4 months.
Thursday I see the eye doctor about the stubborn stye in my eye, that does not seem to want to heal completely. Fear if this is not cleared by my revision date I will need to postpone it until it is cleared, do not want to take a chance of an infection. I have been on erythromycin for over two weeks and it is still there

.
Using a warm washcloth, was good about 4x a day, 10 minutes, but after over a month I am sick of it, and do not think it helps, so do it 1 to 2x a day.
My jaw and teeth pain is better, not gone, but manageable.
Preparing my pre op questions to send to OS to be answered, using the list in the library, and adding my own specific to my health. Will send it tomorow.
Going to a PT at work, we found my fibula at the ankle is not very mobile as compared to the healthy right one, so we are working on that, does feel better.
Winding down my schedule at work, and am teaching an Aston® Fitness for Living Class for Seniors for 5 weeks, have a good group of 6-7 people. Teaching the class because it helps me to do the exercises, and of course when you are teaching you learn even more than your students.
Taking one thing at a time, cause if I did not, I would bury my head in the snow and never come out.
