@new in June Diana thanks a mill! I had just settled into a sleep routine of two 3-hour comas per night. Now we'll have all-night caterwauling sessions fuelled up on Texas Tea,
(hopefully they won't get it through Customs) and having to learn a new language. Bang goes me recovery!!! Joe

But Joe, how on earth are you going to keep them occupied during their holiday with you? I hope new knee in June is sending them with things to keep them out of mischief on the plane. We don't want to read that the airline has to make an unscheduled stop because they are being unruly! I'm getting quite worried:yikes:

Dearest joe,
The warriors have had a change of plans...I will be keeping them with me until Toni & Sonya
Are feeling better. They are out on a whale watching excursion out of cape cod today :happydance:
Then out for some lobsta & chowda, what could possibly go wrong  at the beginning of sept.
They will be spending the week with my family in Chatham mass. Last year the beach was closed because
Of sharks :yikes: but they have a nice pub down the street
Then it's fall foliage time around here....beautiful time of year...leaf peeping, apple cider, canoeing, pumpkin
Carving :dancy:
I think I have activities lined up until at least New Years, I hope you & swmbo are not to upset :rotfl:
I never knew your nerves acted up when they were with you
You will have to hire a local lad to fix your roof, (joe don't go up on the roof) :no-fin:
Have a wonderful weekend,
Talk soon,
Diana

new knee in June Diana, I think you are absolutely right to keep the lads for the benefit of Sonja and Toni. SWMBO and I will bite back our disappointment :happydance: for the greater good. They will relish al the good things you've got lined up. Whales and sharks indeed, the Lads will likely want to swim with them, in which case my sympathies go to the sea-life! Tonight I shall sleep.. Joe. PS you are very good , so you are.

 @Dieselilly Worry not! Diana has an idea, (see above). Joe

Probably for the best to postpone the lads visit for now. A tad disappointed I was looking to forward to reading their escapades in the E Isle :loll:

hello inspojo haven't heard from you in a while. How are you doing?
wanda

My way All is well, Wanda. It's just that the garden, hedge trimming, harvesting tomatoes and spraying the roses , not to mention cleaning out the gutters does make one tired by evening. No tiles though. Certainly not..
I spent a couple of days in a different house with stairs last week. The knee found the unaccustomed exercise a bit of a strain but the result was good once it wore off. How about you?

Hello joe,
How are you doing ? Good I hope :) cleaning gutters is just as bad as fixing tiles :no-fin: if you were on a latter
That's not good. Where was swmbo when all this was happening  did you do this behind her back
Joe, whatever will we do with you :hissy: :rotfl:
Have a wonderful day my :friends:
Diana

Hi, inspojo I second what Diana has said. I know we all have to get on with our lives but, give it a little more time. I'm doing well, all things considered. I'm seven weeks today and I can say my discomfort is more rebelling muscles, ligaments and tendons. Not much pain in the knees at all. I am slowly learning to trust my new knees and I feel like a child each time I discover what I can now do!
My husband has gone on a well deserved overnight camping trip and I just discovered the anti slip mat as well as the transfer bench is gone missing from the bathroom! It seems he didn't trust me to not get in the shower with him gone. I can't imagine why he would feel that way. :snork:
Wanda

Hello inspojo Where have you been????? I hope you are just feeling good and getting on with your life. Things are beginning to get back to normal for me. I hope the next four weeks show me as much improvement as the last four.
please drop a line
Wanda

My way Hi Wanda, 'tis as you say, thank God, feeling well and getting on with things. I'm delighted that you're feeling well too and getting back to normal. I wish I could say the same for our friend Toni ; I think of her often, and wish her many more good days than she's getting. The end-of-Summer clean-up was a bit hectic because of my late start getting involved knee-wise, but it's getting there. Slowly! Take care of yourself, Joe

Good to hear things are going well. I also think and check on Toni everyday. I sure hope things soon get better for her as well.
Wanda
