Hey Layla. I’m good. Walking unaided in the house and walking up and down the stairs normally again. Weathers terrible here so walking is tough but getting 4k steps done when I do get outside. Lots of aches and pains. Still some emotional days but I general doing better but it’s been much tougher than I thought it would be. Thank you for checking in.

Those are 2 major milestones and deserve celebrating!

Sounds like you are doing well and I'm sure you will be seeing light at the end of the tunnel soon. Just think how lovely it will be to go for walks come spring.

Yay for the great progress! Weather is awful here too, sammi.
Cold and some snow, but...Spring will be here before you know it and you'll be feeling better and all the stronger by then. Stay in touch and thanks for the update.

Happy Three Month Anniversary, sammi. I hope you're feeling even stronger and more energized than the last time we heard from you and the aches and pains are few and far between. We've almost made it to March. The days are getting longer and hopefully warmer soon. Sunshine, blue skies and warmer temps. Bring it on.
