Hi @littlemac & Happy Thanksgiving to you! Your progress is terrific. . So good to hear. I had posterior-lateral approach the same day as you, and I really think I'm doing well, also. No question the anterior seem to go a bit faster with tissue healing, but the best surgeon in Portland prefers posterior, so that seemed the way to go. I did go out for dinner last night - had to have my sushi fix - and have been walking around the house without a cane. And without a limp or pain! It is so good to know you're doing so well!

I've been busy back at work. Short days to start and now in the fourth week I'm putting in full days.

My only major problem I created for myself was about four hours on my feet this past Saturday cooking a follow up Thanksgiving dinner as we weren't in town together on Thanksgiving Day. So we did it all over, unfortunately I overdid my time on my feet. Sunday was a tough day for walking and Monday was tough as well, but fortunately today was much better as I have stayed off my feet when possible.

Walking is back to near normal without pain. Glad for that since going back to having pain when walking wasn't any fun. Looking forward to being back on a painless recovery.
