THR LaKarune's Journey Back to the Dance Floor - Recovery Thread

Sounds like you are doing really well, @LaKarune ! Thanks for the detailed update -- and for the cute photos! :flwrysmile:

Wonderful update and cute pics! Love them!
It sounds like you're doing really well, LaKarune. Thanks for stopping by to share your progress.
Happy Two Month Anniversary!
@LaKarune

Thanks for the update and the great photos. We've enjoyed a pair of ducks here every year that fly into our backyard a couple of times per day to enjoy bird seed, corn and other goodies I put out. There's a small pond close by so my guess is they have their babies there each spring.
We have a pair of nesting red tail hawks that set up shop in high pine tree early part of March. They return every year to same nest, basic housekeeping and bring in fresh sticks and other nesting items.
The baby was hatched within last 10 days from my way of keeping track cause it starts screeching very early looking for Mom or Dad to bring breakfast. They are such a joy to watch. They fly in and out over course of the day with their catch and feed the little one. Next fun watch will be learning to fly, they are so clumsy in the beginning.
Take care and continue good wishes on your recovery road!

Happy Three Month Anniversary!
I hope all is well and you're getting back to all you love.
Take good care!
@LaKarune

How are you doing 3 years later with getting back to dancing?
Loved your story of your surgery! I also live in Los Angeles and know of Dr Yun and Snibbe.
Who was the Dr you decided to go with?
I want to play tennis but not sure that will happen again?!
Feeling a little down that my hip is bad at 54. Im sure its all the sports over the years but not much we can do about it but hope for the best.
Would love any feedback you have.
