Jamie, this picture reminds me of the perception tests that we had with a picture that could either look like a young woman, or and old lady depending on how you saw it! When I first saw your avatar, I thought it was one big frog! Now I see the two frogs; neat!

Well I've found myself bed bound after a shopping trip :( The pain is horrific and I can't put any weight through it the doc has asked me to take an anti-inflammatory for a few days and rest completely.

Hi Natalie, (((HUGS))), been following your posts, i so hope you will soon find relief and help you need. We are praying for for you, that a wonderful surgeon can help, possibly Sonja's Dr Maale(sp?). Keep on holding on , help is out there, you will find it.

I am so sorry! Has your local hospital requested all of the records yet? You need relief, and I remember Dr. Maale's expression as he listened to me talking about your case! He can't stand to see people in pain that can be helped, and he told me matter of fact like, I bet they didn't remove all the SC with the type of pain she's in! Let's get you some relief Nat!

It's my own fault for going out shopping all day but the kids needed uniforms and wanted to make a day of it and go for lunch but this is what happens I end up on bed rest!I have been doing a bit too much lately so it's my knees way of telling me to slow down :(

They've not received the scans from Wrightington yet Sonja I'm to ring Monday again I really hope Dr Maale can help me one day the pain is awful :(

Thanks Jaycey ice and heat help I use it throughout the day.

They just soothe it which is good but I literally have to do nothing at all to get down to about a 5 on the pain scale,it's so hard with the kids and a house to look after though I find myself needing to do things all day long.
