How do I change thread title?

I started a new thread today, but want the titled bolded like many of the others. Can you do that? Best I can tell, there isn't a way for me to do it myself...

Thread titles that are in bold just mean they are threads YOU haven't yet read - everyone has their own view of these, of course!
Once you have read them, the title loses it's boldness - like so

Other than that, members cannot edit their thread titles - that can only be done by staff.

@Josephine .........sorry for my typos, I hate them also. My typos are usually as a result of medications, which I probably shouldn't be on line while they are in my system, but that would mean I would never get on line! LOL When I go to post-op is it okay to change my name on the new thread?

Are you talking about changing the title of an existing thread? That can be done by simply posting what you'd like the new title to be in the thread itself. This change must be done by a Moderator.

Or....are you talking about wanting to change your BoneSmart Username?

Hi @busylizzie - somebody just asked me to tell them how to change thread title and I have just realised that now we cannot do it. I've changed mine twice in the last few weeks in order to update - so I know I am not going crazy.
In the past it was only moderators allowed to do this ..... I would think they have enough to do!
I was pleased to see that you are experiencing the same today. Perhaps its a UK thing????
