Hi Karen, everything you've done for your recovery is remarkable, especially that you have to go about it alone. As for family conflicts, rest assured that I and probably the rest of the world come from dysfunctional families. Except for our BoneSmart family of course!! I really like what Jamie said in her reply to you because it's terrific advice for me as well.
<<One thing I can recommend if you find yourself tired a lot and that is to stop or cut way back on any exercise program for a while. You are still healing and the activity of your daily life is usually more than enough to keep things loosened up. You could still do some stretches, but otherwise right now you really don't need much of a formal exercise program. Save that for the 6-month point and beyond.>> Keep up the great work Karen. Soon I hope to be doing as well as you!

which makes me want to do this....:cocktail:I feel like I need a daily coach because I am making a mess of navigating post the 3 month mark. Everyone expects me to be 100% and I just aint there yet. But I will cut out the gym etc. until I heal a bit more. The stationary bike does feel really good to do 20 min 2x a day. Helps the pain and stiffness.
(yes BJ, am dragging you right along with me!). Both of us have learned to slow down, one more than the other, but I refuse to say who that might be!
